SOMS is thrilled to have partnered with Splash PR, a boutique communications agency in Cape Town, with clients based all over the world. From New York to Sydney, their dynamic team has successfully serviced a varied range of extraordinary entities over the years.

Founded and run by Kerry Seymour, Splash are experts in PR strategy, content creation, media activation, influencer campaigns, media relations, and crisis communication. Kerry brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her team. She’s a graduate of Rhodes University’s Journalism department and worked as a news reporter in her early career, where she developed her love of writing and understanding of a newsroom. Thanks to her entrepreneurial spirit, she founded Splash in 2001 with one client, a couple of laptops, and an ISDN line. In 2005 she welcomed Doug Carew on board as a partner.

The communications industry has evolved enormously over the past two decades and Splash has always managed to stay ahead of that evolution. Today, they have long-standing relationships across the breadth and depth of South Africa’s media and social media channels. Some of their most notable work includes sports lifestyle brand PUMA, having represented them for 16 years. They have worked with an array of renowned clients including Table Mountain Aerial Cableway, Lourensford, Shimansky, Faithful to Nature, and The Foschini Group to name but a few. Splash has also worked with a variety of non-profits and is particularly passionate about supporting education empowerment.
